Refund policy
Return Policy:
At this time, we do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event that the product you receive is not in its intended condition, is damaged, or has missing parts upon delivery, please report the issue within 4 days of receiving the item. We will make arrangements to provide a replacement for the same article.
Refund Policy (if applicable):
Returns are accepted for articles that cannot be replaced. Upon receiving and inspecting the product for eligibility, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been initiated. The refund will be processed in your original payment method within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted
